We implemented the Enterprise VoIP Optimizer at the beginning of last month, and after 30 days I can say the difference is noticeable. Before, calls to clients abroad had frequent interruptions, and video conferences with three participants became impossible after 2:00 PM. Now, latency has dropped from 180 ms to approximately 110 ms, and packet loss has almost disappeared.

What pleasantly surprised me was that we didn't have to change anything in the existing network. The gateway-level installation took less than an hour, and the support team was available throughout the entire configuration. The only aspect I would mention is that the reports from the first week showed a slight increase in CPU usage on the gateway, but after adjusting traffic prioritization, everything returned to normal.

For an operational center with 40 agents, the solution really works. We have had no more complaints regarding call quality, and colleagues in the customer support department have noticed a clear improvement in stability. I confidently recommend it, especially if you need a solution that doesn't complicate the existing infrastructure.
