Terms of Use for UnblockCall Services

This document establishes the rules for accessing and using the VoIP optimization platforms and solutions provided by UnblockCall. By accessing the services, you fully accept the terms described below.

1. Object of Services and Definitions

UnblockCall provides telecommunications engineering solutions for optimizing corporate VoIP systems and centralized management of B2B call flows. Services include, but are not limited to, reducing latency, securing internal communications, and ensuring stable bandwidth for business video conferences and operational customer support centers.

"Client" means any authorized legal entity or natural person who enters into a service contract with UnblockCall. "Platform" designates the set of hardware equipment, software, and web interfaces made available by UnblockCall.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

UnblockCall undertakes to provide services according to the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract, to maintain a reasonable level of availability, and to provide technical support within the established hours.

The Client undertakes to use the services exclusively for professional purposes, not to attempt to circumvent security measures, and to immediately notify any security breach of which they become aware.

  • The Client is responsible for the correct configuration of their own equipment and for the security of the local network.
  • UnblockCall is not liable for interruptions caused by internet service providers or force majeure.
  • Login credentials and passwords are confidential and cannot be shared with third parties.
3. Limitation of Liability

UnblockCall is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, business interruptions, or data loss caused by the Client's improper use of the services.

The total liability of UnblockCall for any claim arising from the use of the services is limited to the amount of the subscription paid by the Client in the last 12 months.

Specific Exclusions

UnblockCall does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the services in the event of cyber attacks, public network failures, or unscheduled updates of integrated third-party systems.

  • Delays caused by scheduled maintenance, announced at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Compatibility issues with equipment older than 5 years from the date of manufacture.
4. Conditions for Termination of Use

The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. UnblockCall may suspend or immediately terminate access to services in the event of a serious breach of the terms, including, but not limited to, use for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Upon termination of the contract, the Client is obliged to return any hardware equipment provided by UnblockCall within 15 days. Data stored on the platform will be deleted 90 days after termination, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

5. Modification of Terms

UnblockCall reserves the right to modify this document at any time, with a 30-day notice sent by email to the Client's contact address. Continued use of the services after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.

If the Client does not agree with the modifications, they may terminate the contract without penalty within the notice period.
